How I think

I like my freinds. They have such cool stuff in their heads. One of them asked me about my analytic capacity today… or how I think about problems this was my answer. Thought I’d save it for posterity:

I try to break large problems down into their axiomatic parts and then reconstitute them in to logical model which will predict how that problem will behave in x or y situation. Some times I don’t have enough insight into the problem and so I take the pieces I have and try to use them to predict what other elements may be missing. If it fails I go at it again tweaking things here and their and watching how it alters the results of the predictive model until the system and it’s elements produce the degree of accuracy appropriate to what the problem expects.

She said I sounded like a mathmetician. I think that’s funny given I’m not smart enough to be a mathmetician.
