Great Speeches
I’ve recently subscribed to a wonderful podcast. It’s called “Great Speechs in History” and is sponsored and produced by “Learn out Loud.” This is the kind of stuff that makes me proud to work in the technology sector. I’ve never heard most of these speeches and would likely have only heard excerpts were it not for the advent of the internet. Quotes such as, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself” do no justice either the depth of what was being said or to the times themselves. I think that great oration by Franklin Deleno Roosevelt actually brought a tear to my eye. Anyway here is a link to the iTunes Store where you can subscribe to the PodCast.
